These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website savewithpadua.com and the financial counseling and education services offered by Padua LLC (“Padua,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the website, contacting us, or beginning service, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, please do not use the website or our services.

1. Who We Are

Padua LLC is based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. We provide financial counseling and education, including budget coaching, cash-flow coaching, debt payoff coaching, and ongoing accountability and support for individuals and families.

Padua is not a financial advisor, investment adviser, broker-dealer, law firm, or tax firm. We do not provide investment advice, legal advice, or tax advice, and we do not manage investment accounts.

2. Description of Services

Depending on the service level selected, Padua may provide:

• Secure account connection support for cash-flow visibility
• Budget organization into plain-language categories
• Observations, reports, and practical suggestions
• Scheduled check-ins and ongoing accountability
• Education and coaching related to spending, saving, and debt-payoff habits

Service levels, inclusions, and pricing are described on our Service Tiers page and in any written confirmation we send you. Those details may change, and the version confirmed at the start of your engagement controls unless we agree otherwise in writing.

3. No Guarantees

Counseling and education can support clearer habits and better visibility. Results vary by household. We do not guarantee specific savings amounts, debt-payoff timelines, credit outcomes, or other financial results.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By engaging Padua, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have authority to share household financial information used in the engagement.

5. Conversations and Engagement

An introductory conversation does not create an obligation to continue. A paid engagement begins only when we confirm a service level and you accept the applicable terms, including any minimum commitment described at that time.

Current service offerings generally use annual plans with a minimum three-month commitment, unless we state otherwise in writing.

6. Fees and Payment

Fees depend on the selected service level. Payment is due according to the schedule we confirm with you. Unpaid amounts may result in pause or termination of service. You are responsible for keeping payment information current.

7. Client Responsibilities

To make the work possible, you agree to:

• Provide information that is reasonably complete and accurate
• Review reports and respond to reasonable clarification requests
• Keep scheduled conversations or give timely notice if you need to reschedule
• Make your own financial decisions

Padua provides education, organization, and support. You remain responsible for your household’s financial choices, including spending, saving, borrowing, and any professional advice you obtain from licensed advisors, accountants, or attorneys.

8. Account Connections

If you connect bank or other financial accounts, you authorize Padua to use that information solely to provide the agreed counseling and education services. Connections may be facilitated by Plaid or another third-party provider. Those providers have separate terms and privacy practices.

You may disconnect linked accounts. Disconnecting accounts may limit our ability to provide certain parts of the service.

9. Portals and Third-Party Tools

Client Portal, Counselor Login, and Onboarding tools may be hosted outside this website. Additional terms may apply to those tools. Until those destinations are live, related pages may be marked as coming soon.

10. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the website or our services, you also acknowledge that policy.

11. Intellectual Property

The Padua name, crest, website content, and related materials are owned by Padua LLC or used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our branding or materials for commercial purposes without written permission.

Reports or materials we prepare for your household are for your personal use in connection with the service.

12. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the website or our services, including by attempting to access systems or information without authorization, interfering with the site, or using our communications for unlawful purposes.

13. Disclaimers

The website and our services are provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Padua disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Padua LLC and its team will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or lost opportunities, arising out of your use of the website or our services.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the services will not exceed the fees you paid to Padua for the three months preceding the claim, except where the law does not allow that limitation.

15. Termination

You may end the engagement according to the commitment and notice terms confirmed at the start of service. We may suspend or end service if fees are unpaid, if these Terms are violated, or if continuing the engagement is no longer appropriate. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability.

16. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above will change when we do. If you continue to use the website or services after an update, the revised Terms apply. For an active paid engagement, material changes to the service itself will be communicated to you.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Pennsylvania will have exclusive jurisdiction, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
